Meal Plan Related FAQs

We have weight loss, weight gain and maintainence plans. We also provide Custom plans if you know your Macro details

Yes, while onboarding a client we ensure we take down all the details with respect to your allergies and any restrictions

You can let us know the previous day by 9 PM, if you don’t let us know it will be counted as a meal delivered in your account

We do not have a Vegan option, but we can work with you to help getting the Vegetarian meal close to a Vegan Meal

We use highest grade PPE 5 boxes to pack our meals which is  Microwave and freezer friendly

We offer 15 days and 26 days Subscription, but in case someone wants to try for a week we can help that get that as well

 

Yes, you can pause anytime and let us know when you would like to resume.

You can reach out to us and we’ll make the necessary changes to update the number of meals. In case you are expecting friends or family, letting us know a day in advance so we can cater to them as well along with your food.

Totally possible, you can customize the days you want Veg or Non-veg

Yes, we understand your Macros and the food which is sent to you is as per that

We do not have Keto Meal plans but we do have low carb meals which can help you with your goals

Delivery & Packing FAQs

We usually deliver the Lunch and dinner to areas that are far from our Cloud Kitchen by 9:30 AM

We service nearly all areas of Bangalore except Electronic City and Peenya ( We will begin operations there as well very soon

We do not deliver on Sundays. Our Kitchen is closed on Sundays 

On Case to case basis, once we speak to the Customer, we can initiate a refund
