  1. Apple Cider Vinegar: This can help reduce water retention by promoting better digestion and balancing electrolyte levels. Mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it daily.

 

  1. Exercise Regularly: Physical activity can improve circulation and help your body expel excess fluid. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week.
