Water is an essential nutrient that plays a significant role in sustaining life and supporting body functions.

  • Carry a water bottle: Keep a Steel water bottle with you to sip throughout the day. It also  helps in     measuring how many liters of water you are consuming in an entire day.
  • Set a Reminder: Set a google reminder or use a tracker that constantly reminds you to drink water.
  • Include water rich food into your diet: Start adding foods such as cucumber, water melon, and oranges which are packed with water.
  • Use Straw: Using Straw makes drinking more easier, and sometimes makes you look cute.
